This is a piece of scrap quilt Suzi found and finished in the "Suzi's Hang Art" method. After it was hanging on her wall, the following thoughts came to her. Starting in the upper right corner and moving down diagonally to the left is the way the story reads. When we are young (16,24,42), we think life is according to a plan, so we start out in the upper right red corner and then OH! OH! green and OK red again, but OPPS, it's orange. Well, at least the pink is right, but before you know it there are four different pinks. Then things happen that don't make any sense and you get a double batch of mismatched squares. And that which you thought was perfect is pieced in 13 places. But, when you put it together with the quilting stitch and put your life together with whatever you call God's love, this is what you get. This is beauty, this is life, this is a quilt.
